In a visit to Uzbekistan, Julia Collins, co-founder of Lincoln Labs., engaged in strategic negotiations with IT Park, aiming to expand the footprint of Lincoln Labs' subsidiary, Truss Global Tas. This initiative is poised to enhance the company's recruitment and personnel management services for international clients.
The talks focused on the growth and operational enhancement of Truss Global Tas, which was established by Lincoln Labs in 2022. Truss Global Tas specializes in providing search, recruitment, and personnel management services under the Employer of Record (EOR) model. This model allows companies to hire employees in foreign markets without setting up a legal entity, as the EOR handles all administrative tasks such as paperwork, salary and tax calculations, payments, and compliance with local labor laws. This arrangement enables the main company to concentrate on its core business activities while ensuring efficient workforce management.
Collins emphasized the importance of making the local office a central hub for servicing American clients. This expansion strategy aligns with Lincoln Labs' objective to leverage the skilled workforce in Uzbekistan and enhance service delivery to its international clientele. As part of her visit, Collins toured technological universities in Tashkent, Samarkand, and Jizzakh to assess the educational environment and training conditions for local talent.
IT Park highlighted that collaboration with Truss Global Tas offers significant advantages for Uzbek specialists, facilitating their engagement with international employers. By acting as the EOR, Truss Global Tas ensures the safety and well-being of employees, handling all administrative responsibilities and compliance issues. This partnership opens up new opportunities for local professionals to work with global companies, fostering skill development and international exposure.
As Lincoln Labs continues to expand its operations, the company plans to forge stronger ties with local institutions and develop customized training programs to meet the needs of its international clients.
