Kanat Seydgapbarov, born on January 1, 1978, boasts an educational background with higher degrees in both legal and economic fields. His professional journey began with service in the prosecutor's office of the South Kazakhstan region from 2000 to 2001. Over the years, he ascended through various roles, notably serving in the General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan from 2001 to 2016. During this tenure, he held a pivotal position as the head of a department from 2011 to 2016.

His pinnacle moment arrived when he was appointed as the Deputy Secretary of the Security Council on April 14, 2022, reflecting the trust placed upon him by the leadership of Kazakhstan.
