Scope of Cooperation
The agreement encompasses a wide range of cooperative endeavors, including military education, medical services, scientific collaboration, cultural and sporting events, as well as consultations on peacekeeping operations and combat training. It also allows for the possibility of further international agreements to specify additional areas of cooperation.
