Enhancing law enforcement cooperation
The senators emphasized that the ratification of the Treaty on Mutual Legal Assistance in Criminal Matters signifies a significant milestone in improving the efficiency of the law enforcement agencies of both Uzbekistan and Vietnam. By facilitating collaboration in the investigation and trial of criminal cases, this treaty aims to ensure the inevitability of punishment for individuals who have committed offences.
Advancing efficiency in criminal proceedings
Moreover, the Treaty holds particular importance in bolstering the effectiveness of investigation and judicial consideration of criminal cases by the law enforcement agencies of both countries. By streamlining processes, sharing relevant information, and aligning legal frameworks, Uzbekistan and Vietnam seek to optimize their collective efforts in combating crime and upholding justice.
