A dedicated tourism credit line, featuring an allocation of $200 mn, will be integrated into family business development initiatives. Of this amount, $150 mn is expected to be raised by the Tourism Committee and commercial banks through collaboration with international financial institutions and foreign organizations.

The loans will be disbursed in the national currency, with an interest rate equivalent to the Central Bank's main rate plus 4%. The duration and amount of the loans will be contingent on the type of infrastructure being developed. The outlined categories include swimming pools, tent camps, yurt camps, eco-houses, container camps, hostels, glamping sites, autocamping, modular hotels, and aquaparks.

The specific allocation and terms are as follows:

    An objectMax. amount (UZS)in USDTerm

Additionally, plans are underway to establish "golden rows" within tourist centers for the sale of jewelry and bullion made from precious metals. The construction of these facilities will involve attracting both local and foreign investors.

The presidential decree also outlines targeted programs for collaboration with different countries to attract international tourists. For instance, to cater to Chinese tourists, the initiative involves the introduction of payment options through Alipay, UniPay, and WeChat in Uzbekistan. The marketing focus for Chinese tourists will emphasize cultural heritage, ethnographic tours, and mountain expeditions. Meanwhile, guests from Arab countries will find priority in hunting and winter tourism programs.
