Turkmenistan Airlines will resume flights on the Ashgabat-Moscow route from 15 December.
The flight was suspended in August for security reasons amid reports of drone attacks on the Russian capital.
The company said in a press release at the time that the measure was taken "in connection with the situation in the Moscow air zone and on the basis of a risk assessment to ensure flight safety".
All flights from Moscow to the Turkmen capital were rerouted to another route - Kazan (Tatarstan, Russia) - Ashgabat.
