A criminal case has been sent to the Cheboksary Moscow District Court against the 46-year-old head of the regional charity fund for the support of orphans, Kommersant reports.
He is accused under seven articles of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation:
- for indecent acts (Part 3 of Article 135 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation);
- violent acts of a sexual nature (part 4 of Article 132 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation);
- sexual intercourse with persons under the age of 16 (Part 4 of Article 134 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation);
- the use of minors for the production of pornographic materials (Part 2 of Article 242.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation);
- illegal production and trafficking of pornographic materials (Part 3 of Article 242 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation);
- involvement of minors in the systematic use of alcohol (Part 1 of Article 151 of the Criminal Code);
- attempted bribery (Part 3 of Article 291 through Part 3 of Article 30 of the Criminal Code).
From January 2020 to September 2022, the accused met minors aged 11 to 15 on social networks, arranged a meeting with them, invited them to various rented apartments in the cities of Cheboksary and Novocheboksarsk, where he got drunk and committed depraved acts against them, had sexual intercourse with them and used them to make pornographic materials. He filmed orgies on his mobile phone.
"In total, 15 minor victims are being investigated, one of whom has not reached the age of 14. It is noteworthy that the person involved committed criminal acts outside the charity fund, finding children who do not pass through the fund," said Senior assistant prosecutor Alexey Yakushevich.
Mr. Yakushevich refused to name the accused, citing the secrecy of the investigation. The investigative department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for Chuvashia, which investigated the case, also did not specify its details.
Law enforcement sources told Kommersant that the accused in the case is 46-year-old founder of the regional charitable foundation for the support of orphans "Nadezhda" Tohir Mirjaparov.
"It follows from the materials available in the case that the accused lived in several guises at once. In one, he was the head of a charitable foundation, the father of seven children with many children, some of whom he took from orphanages and adopted. In another, he corrupted and raped minors. We can say that he lived with a split personality syndrome. It is interesting that the person involved received a grant from a German NGO for the development of tolerance a few years ago," the interlocutors said.
According to sources, the person involved was exposed after the mother of one of the girls saw a picture of her daughter with him.
"After that, the mother turned to law enforcement agencies. Those who arrived to search the person involved's home were amazed at the abundance of pornographic materials found," the sources noted.
It was not possible to get comments from the accused himself and his lawyers.
