Chairman of Cabinet of Ministers inaugurates secondary school in Osh, Kyrgyzstan

As part of a productive visit to the southern region of Kyrgyzstan, Akylbek Japarov, the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, unveiled a brand-new educational facility, Secondary School No. 27, in Osh city. Japarov took the opportunity to extend his warmest congratulations to both educators and students, marking the commencement of the new academic year. He also highlighted the recent salary increases for school principals and deputy head teachers, effective from September, as a testament to the government's support for the education sector.

In his address to the first-graders, the Chairman of the Cabinet expressed his best wishes for their educational journey.

"I wish my little friends, who crossed the threshold of the school for the first time and entered the 1st grade, success in the school year. May their life path be as bright as this school," he said.

His encouraging words set a positive tone for the young learners embarking on their scholastic journey.

The construction of this state-of-the-art school building commenced just last year and was completed in an impressively short time frame, taking less than a year to finalize. An allocation of at least 95 mn soms ($1.1 mn) was invested in the construction of this magnificent three-story school facility, designed to accommodate up to 500 students.

The opening of Secondary School No. 27 signifies a significant step forward in the government's commitment to providing quality education and infrastructure for the youth of Kyrgyzstan. The modern amenities and well-equipped classrooms are expected to create an optimal learning environment for the children of Osh city, ensuring a brighter future for generations to come.
