A Saudi Arabian company is expressing keen interest in investing in Uzbekistan's road construction sector, the Ministry of Transport's press service reports.
This meeting was held on August 16 and brought together key representatives from the Saudi Arabian consortium, Al Bawani Company, and Shibh Al Jazira Contracting Company (SAJCO) at the ministry's headquarters.
During the session, Deputy Minister of Transport Ilhom Abdugafarov engaged in discussions with Jamil Adi, who holds the role of Director of PPP projects at Al Bawani Company, and Vakkos Ismail, the Director of Cooperation at SAJCO. The primary focus of these discussions centered around the potential collaboration for executing projects based on the public-private partnership model, specifically concentrating on advancements within the country's road construction domain.
