This impressive increase underscores Saneg's dedication to expanding its refining capabilities and meeting the rising demand for oil products.
Oil product production and distribution
Saneg's accomplishments extended to the production of oil products, with the company achieving a production level of 502.7 thousand tons, a remarkable 73.3% higher than the previous year. This significant increase demonstrates Saneg's effective operational strategies and responsiveness to market demands.
Within this context, Saneg distributed 208 thousand tons of diesel fuel and 168 thousand tons of gasoline to the market. Tn additional 30 thousand tons of oil products were disseminated through the newly established terminal and airport in Tashkent, which commenced operations in April. This strategic move effectively enhances the company's accessibility to the end consumer and serves more than 40% of auto repair stations.
Infrastructure development and future plans
Saneg's forward-looking approach is evident through its plans to construct a network of proprietary refueling stations. Set to open 55 new stations across Uzbekistan in 2024, this initiative aims to enhance the company's market presence and further cater to the needs of consumers.
One of Saneg's landmark achievements occurred in September 2018 when it introduced and commenced operations of an Automatic Zapravok Station (AZS) in the Bostanlyk district of the Tashkent region. This investment will be channeled into capital repairs for more than 40 technological objects.
