The Ministry of Defense of Kazakhstan commented on the information circulating on social media regarding the supply of military equipment to Russia. The relevant authority denied this fact, stating that the information does not correspond to reality.
"This military equipment is not related to the Republic of Kazakhstan; it belongs to a third country and was sent to Russia for planned maintenance through the territory of Kazakhstan as part of international agreements," the Ministry of Defense of Kazakhstan stated.
The Ministry of Defense of Kazakhstan also reminded that since August of last year, there has been a ban on the export of weapons and military equipment from the country. Therefore, they urge Kazakhstan citizens not to react to unverified information and to trust only official sources.
