U-20 WC-2023: Argentina defeats Guatemala and exits group stage early

The 2nd round matches in groups A and B of the World Youth Football Championship took place on May 23-24.

The host of the tournament, Argentina, played against Guatemala in the 2nd round and won by a big score difference. As a result of this victory, the Argentinians brought their points to 6 and also made an early exit from the group.

In the second match of Group A, the teams of Uzbekistan and New Zealand drew 2:2.

In the 3rd round, the youth of Uzbekistan will play against Guatemala, while Argentina will play against New Zealand.

In Group B, the USA U-20 national team beat Fiji with a big score and increased their points to six. Fiji was in last place without getting any points.

In the match with Yana, Ecuador won a willful victory over Slovakia. Both teams have 3 points before the last round.

On the night of May 24-25, the 2nd round matches will be held in two more groups.
