At least four people and 28 people were injured in a mass shooting in Alabama, SkyNews reports. Some are reportedly still in critical condition.
The scene took place in the northeastern city of Dadeville in Alabama, at the birthday party of one of the football players, who was reported dead.
Jeremy Burkett, a sergeant with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency confirmed that the shooting was linked to the birthday party and encouraged community members to report any information that could be useful in the investigation.
President Joe Biden later commented on the incident, calling gun violence in the country "outrageous and unacceptable" and urged officials to tighten laws related to gun safety.
