According to the government decision "On measures to organize the activities of collective groups "Followers of Tomaris", from June 1, 2023, women between the ages of 18 and 30, with a general secondary or secondary specialized education will be enrolled into a voluntary activity called "To'maris followers".
One of the main tasks of these groups is to assist in identifying issues that have a negative impact on the behaviour of girls studying in secondary, special and professional educational institutions.
According to the recommendation letter of the head of the Department of Public Security of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the members of the "Followers of Tomaris" collective groups, who made a significant contribution to the prevention of crimes against women and the protection of the rights and freedoms of women, are selected for the universities of law enforcement agencies. After successful completion of all stages, students are granted scholarships based on the interview.
If the number of recommended candidates exceeds the specified quota, their admission will be carried out in a sequential order within the allotted admission quotas based on the points collected according to the results of the competition.
