Alisher Kodirov, leader of the ‘Milliy Tiklanish’ fraction has proposed to shorten a working day for all married women in Uzbekistan, media reports.
The deputy responded to the information that during anomalous frosts, which will take place in the country from 10 to 18 January, women working in budget organizations and whose children attend kindergartens would benefit from a shortened working time.
Alisher Kodirov highlighted it as a good initiative but stressed the necessity to go further.
‘Working women with families should be allowed to come to work an hour later in the morning and leave one hour earlier in the evening. The effectiveness of the work of the employee will significantly improve, and the family atmosphere will change too', the politician said.
