The Kuksaroy residence held an official welcoming ceremony of the President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev.
An honor guard lined up in deference to the President of Kazakhstan on the square decorated with the national flags of the two countries. President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev welcomed the high-ranking guest.
The two presidents rose to the podium. The national anthems of Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan were played. The leaders of the two countries passed in front of the guard of honor.
