According to the country's Minister of Health reports, Uzbekistan registered 96 new coronavirus cases on Tuesday (November 22). Tashkent recorded the lion’s share of infected patients (57).
Sixteen cases were reported in the Tashkent region. In addition, the Namangan region recorded 12 new Covid-19 cases.
In the previous two months, the daily rate of diagnosed cases reached nearly 20 but had increased rapidly since November 17. Overall, this is the highest figure since July.
