P.Z., who was serving his sentence under Article 118 of the Criminal Code (harassment) in colony No. 35 of the 4th regional area, left the colony territory at 6 PM, on October 15.
During the search, it was found that the convict P.Z. left the colony without permission. He went outside the territory of the colony and was brought back at 8:35 PM.
The PD under the Ministry of Internal Affairs has given a legal assessment of this violation of the prisoner P.Z., and the issue of returning him to a closed colony to serve the rest of his sentence is being considered.
The Penitentiary Department under the Ministry of Internal Affairs has provided an official information about the situation.
