"Yamal" airline, despite this warning, grossly violated the requirements and organized the sale of air tickets for charter flights on the Moscow-Namangan-Moscow route on October 13 of this year, without obtaining the appropriate permission.
As a result, passengers arrived at the airport at the time specified in the air ticket, and the non-fulfillment of the flight in the specified direction led to social tension among the passengers.
Nevertheless, taking into account the situation, the Uzaviatsiya agency suggested to the airline company to immediately issue a request for permission to carry out this flight, but the airline company refused to carry out the flight due to the fact that the working hours of the crew were over and there were no other crews.
In this regard, the Civil aviation agency sent a warning to the "Yamal" airline company that it was necessary to strictly comply with the requirements of Uzbekistan when organizing charter flights.
"If such a situation is repeated by the airline, the Civil aviation agency will take measures established by the legislation of Uzbekistan," the ministry said.
