The Consulate General of Uzbekistan in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, organized a meeting with Mujahid Khan Abrar Khan, CEO of Vision Development Company, who expressed his interest in importing Uzbek dried fruits and saffron, Dunyo news agency.
The event presented detailed information about the reforms aimed at liberalization of the economy and development of foreign trade in Uzbekistan, business facilities created for foreign importers, the attractiveness of the exporting environment in the republic, and the activities of free economic zones. Uzbek BMB Trade Group company also presented its products.
Mujahid Khan who expressed interest in importing dry fruits and saffron from Uzbekistan to Saudi Arabia stated that he was ready to start importing Uzbek products to the kingdom in the course of establishing cooperation with Uzbek companies.
In particular, Mujahid Khan established mutual cooperation with BMB Trade Group and said that this company was ready to provide dealership services in Saudi Arabia.
The general director of Vision Development was invited to the meeting of Uzbekistan-Saudi businessmen to be held in Jeddah on September 14 of this year.
