President Mirziyoyev chaired the meeting where he mentioned the situation in Karakalpakstan.
"Currently, the situation in Karakalpakstan is getting back to normal. And most importantly there is no threat to people now.
The economy and people are fully functioning. Farmers are working in their fields, harvesting their crops.
Markets, shops and other facilities are open. Food and other necessary products are delivered from all regions of our country.
State authorities, public representatives and law enforcement agencies are working in an organized and coordinated manner to ensure a stable situation in the region."
