To enhance infrastructure and bolster cooperation between nations, Kazakhstan's Vice Minister of Industry and Construction, Olzhas Saparbekov, recently convened a meeting with Gao Jinuo, the Deputy General Director for International Projects of China's leading state-owned enterprise, Xinxing Ductile Iron Pipes, the Ministry of Industry and Construction of Kazakhstan reported.
Xinxing Ductile Iron Pipes stands as a cornerstone in China's industrial landscape, specializing in the production of pipes and fittings, steel melting, and the manufacturing of foundry products.
Renowned as the world's largest pipe production plant, Xinxing boasts an annual capacity of 10 mn tons of metal products and 8 mn tons of steel, alongside the production of 3 mn tons of pipes spanning diameters from 80 to 3000 mm. These products find extensive application in engineering, utilities, and vital sectors such as water supply, wastewater management, and heat supply systems.
The meeting witnessed a keen expression of interest from Xinxing Ductile Iron Pipes to forge collaborative ties with Kazakhstan. The company signaled its readiness to explore avenues of cooperation with the Republic, aiming to contribute significantly to the nation's industrial and infrastructural advancement.
Given the strategic imperative of modernizing utility networks and mitigating the overall wear and tear on critical infrastructure, Kazakhstan's Ministry of Industry and Construction stands poised to embark on ambitious endeavors alongside Xinxing. The collaboration is envisioned to catalyze effective projects aimed at fortifying utility systems and bolstering the nation's infrastructure resilience.
