All of them were citizens of India. The accident occurred due to a combination of cold weather, heavy snowfall in mountainous areas, and strong winds.

Earlier, a section of the roof in the “parking lot” of Tashkent Index had fallen onto cars, highlighting the importance of structural safety measures.
