The General Prosecutor's Office is actively investigating the "Antistrumin" drug case, but concerns arise as media reports on the arrest of three women surface, potentially impacting the impartiality of the ongoing investigation.
Despite the investigation's incomplete status, media coverage of the arrests raises issues. The General Prosecutor's Office reminds media and social media users of the legal prohibition against sharing personal information during investigations, citing the Criminal Procedure Code.
In an official statement, the General Prosecutor's Office urges media and social network users to refrain from spreading information on the "Antistrumin" case until the investigation concludes. This call aims to maintain confidentiality, protect individuals' privacy, and prevent premature judgments.
Earlier Daryo reported that in a session of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis, deliberations revolved around the current status and prospective enhancements of delivering primary healthcare to the public. Minister Inoyatov particularly highlighted the issue related to the drug "Antistrumin."
"The Ministry fully acknowledges that this constitutes an overdose. All accountable personnel linked to this matter will face legal consequences,"
asserted the Health Ministry's leader, underscoring the severity of the situation.
