President Sadyr Japarov of the Kyrgyz Republic addressed the media following the conclusion of the meeting of the Council of Heads of State of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS). One of the pivotal achievements during this term was the signing of the Agreement on Free Trade in Services, Establishment of Activities, and Investments by the Heads of Government from CIS member states. This agreement is expected to bolster economic ties and foster growth within the Commonwealth.
The Kyrgyz Republic's leadership also extended to address a comprehensive range of issues, including interregional cooperation, security concerns, and the global fight against international terrorism and organized crime. The President highlighted the approval of crucial agreements and decisions at the meeting aimed at further enhancing humanitarian cooperation among CIS member states.
President Japarov concluded his statement by expressing his appreciation to the attendees for their diligent and constructive work during the meeting.
