Iran's UN delegation officially denied any connection to Tehran's support or execution of Hamas' attacks on Israel. This was reported by the "Amwaj.media" agency.
"We firmly support Palestine, but we are not involved in Palestinian retaliatory actions because they are carried out solely by Palestine. Israel is attempting to shift blame for its failures and discredit Iran's intelligence capabilities," stated Iran's New York mission.
According to Iranian officials, Hamas' operations have not yielded remarkable success, as they represent one of Israel's significant security setbacks.
Previously, Tehran officially labeled support for Hamas militants and their actions as "acts of terrorism."
Regarding the Israel-Palestine conflict: Israel is currently mobilizing near the Gaza border. At present, 700 Israelis and third-country nationals have lost their lives, 100 individuals have been abducted, and over 2,000 have been injured.
Hamas reported that 370 Palestinians have lost their lives as a result of Israel's airstrikes on Gaza.
