Ambassador of Uzbekistan Vitaly Fen met with the Director General of the Bureau of European Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of South Korea, Chaye Tae Ho to discuss the multifaceted Uzbekistan-South Korea exceptional strategic partnership.
The politicians noted the positive development in trade-economic, political, cultural-humanitarian and in inter-parliamentary cooperation.
"Information was exchanged regarding the schedule of events to be held at various levels in 2023, and special attention was paid to the importance of comprehensive preparation with joint efforts," the report said.
On April 28, the Ministry of Natural Resources and South Korea's Sejin G&E So., LTD. signed an agreement worth $55 mn which is aimed at the implementation of an investment project on the production of electricity due to the processing of waste gas generated in landfills.
