The Ministry of Defense of Kyrgyzstan may start issuing military tickets for $800 after one month of collecting the mobilization reserve.
Deputies of the Parliament of the Kyrgyz Republic approved this initiative. According to this, Kyrgyz citizens under the age of 30 with higher education will be recruited for the service. Each year there is expected to be a recruitment of 200 people.
After the training camp is over, reserve officers may be awarded the rank of junior lieutenant.
About $234 will be spent monthly on each recruit, and the remaining amount of approximately $565 will be directed to the defense budget.
Thus, every year the state plans to receive some $160,000 from this initiative, and roughly $113,142 will be added to the budget.
