The Chilonzor district prosecutor's office of Tashkent has initiated an investigation into the death of Uzbek blogger Farkhod Mannapov (known as Muttivine), 27.
Mannopov died in a coma after surgery. A few days earlier, the blogger had suffered a head injury in the swimming pool. After that, he underwent surgery but fell into a coma and did not regain consciousness.
A criminal case was initiated under paragraph "a" of part 4 of article 116 of the Criminal Code (Improper performance of one's professional duties, resulting in human casualties). The investigation is underway.
