Turkmenistan will present 285 mothers of many children with keys to new modern flats on International Women's Day.
This was stated at a government meeting by Gulshat Mammedova, speaker of the parliament.
Families in Turkmenistan with eight or more children are considered significant, and their homemakers are then awarded the honorary title of "Ene mähri" (Mother's Tenderness).
