From January 1 to January 31 of this year, the loans granted by banks increased by 21.8% compared to the same period last year. The Center for Economic Research and Reforms reports.
The credit volume in Tashkent (102.3 percent), Syrdarya (73.5 percent), Khorezm (71.4 percent), Fergana (44.6 percent), Republic of Karakalpakstan (17.8 percent) and Tashkent regions (32.7 percent) has increased significantly.
A significant increase in stock exchange activity was observed in Kashkadarya (93.2 percent), Syrdarya (86.2 percent), Samarkand (67 percent), Khorezm (62.8 percent), in the Republic of Karakalpakstan (68.2 percent) and Tashkent (28 .5 percent) was observed in the city.
The increase in the volume of transactions concluded in these regions is liquefied gas, mineral fertilizers, technical seed, automobile gasoline, diesel fuel, construction and household materials, vegetable oil, wheat flour, steam achieved due to the increase in the trade of wheat, sugar, cotton fibre, ferrous and non-ferrous metals, polyethene and other products.
