People's artist of Uzbekistan Khakim Zaripov died at 98, the press service of the country's Ministry of Culture reports.
In 1947, Khakim Zaripov graduated from the State Conservatory of Uzbekistan. He started his career in 1942 as a rider in the Uzbek State Circus republican association. The prominent artist was one of the representatives of the Zaripov dynasty, which taught young people the secrets of circus art and performing on the world stage for more than half a century.
Khakim Zaripov "lived" in the circus arena all his life. From 1946 to 1997, he occupied a worthy place in the history of the world circus as a master of circus art, a talented rider, animal trainer, clown, film actor, and stuntman.
Prominent circus master was born on September 17, 1924, in Tashkent.
