Following the presidential decree of December 30, 2020, Vladimir Norov was appointed director of the International Institute for Central Asia (IICA). IICA on Tuesday (January 10) announced that Vladimir Norov has now taken up his duties.
'I wholeheartedly hope for further fruitful cooperation in studying the development of the Central Asian region. I wish everyone good health, prosperity, and success in the New 2023,' the message of the newly appointed director of IICA reads.
Established in 2020, IICA is the only state research institution in the Central Asian (CA) region engaged in interdisciplinary research on civilizational diversity and sustainable development in CA.
