The eco-inspectors of the Department of Ecology of Khorezm region were sacked after the investigation proved the authenticity of the photos where two were posing with two hunted ducks. The press service of the Ministry of Natural Resources announced.
In January 2019, in the Yangibozor district, Mr Kochkarov went hunting with his licensed gun, but he hunted two Eurasian teals without obtaining a hunting permit.
After that, the eco-inspectors Sobirov and Olloberganov met Kochkarov at the scene in the Yangibozor district. The three took a picture together, but the inspectors did not take any measures regarding this violation of the law.
Although the employment contract concluded with Kochkarov was annulled on November 1, 2022, his misconduct was documented and the perpetrator was charged with two counts of the Code of Administrative Responsibility.
The fact that J.Sobirov and N.Olloberganov did not perform their activities within the scope of their powers defined in the legislation, regulations and job instructions was considered in a legal manner, and a decision was made to dismiss them from their positions.
