The decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of Uzbekistan "On additional measures to support conformity assessment bodies " envisions reimbursing the costs related to international accreditation to the conformity assessment body, " Huquqiy axborot " Telegram channel says.
Expenses will be paid back in the national currency in the equivalent amount of no more than 200 dollars for each unit of testing and calibration laboratories (centers), products, services, management systems and personnel certification bodies.
If the accreditation certificate of the compensatory conformity assessment body is revoked during periodic evaluations, the expenses related to international accreditation of this body will not be reimbursed in the future.
From April 1, 2022, the costs related to the accreditation of conformity assessment bodies by international ILAC/IAF organizations will be covered by the Export Promotion Agency.
