The delegation of the Tashkent State University of Economics (TSUE) held a series of meetings with the culture, sports and tourism committee of the UAE, and the management of the Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina hotel, in Dubai, the "Dunyo" news agency reports.
The parties discussed the experience of the UAE in the development of tourism and hotel industries, the possibilities of jointly training tourism industry specialists, improvement of training programs and textbooks in Uzbekistan.
Salkha, head of the Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina hotel, highly praised the development of the tourism industry, ensuring the safety of tourists and comprehensive reforms carried out by the government of Uzbekistan in recent years.
A bilateral Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the Tashkent State University of Economics and the hotel on mutual cooperation and support of friendly relations in the field of tourism.
As part of the event, the book "Be the Change in the Hospitality Industry" by the Uzbek Managing Director of the Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina Hotel Rihsiboy Tursunov was presented.
