On August 2, Shavkat Mirziyoyev received the Azerbaijani delegation participating in the first multilateral meeting of the ministers of Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan and Turkey in Tashkent, the President's press service reports.
The Azerbaijani Minister of Foreign Affairs Jayhun Bayramov, the Minister of Economy Mikoyil Jabbarov and the Minister of Digital Development and Transport Rashad Nabiyev participated in the Uzbekistan-Azerbaijan strategic partnership relations and expansion of practical cooperation.
Bayramov conveyed the greetings of the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev to the leader of Uzbekistan who noted significant progress after the recent high-level meeting that led to promotion projects in the oil and gas and chemical industries, sericulture and other areas of agriculture, as well as within the framework of national industrialization programs.
