On July 28, 2022, the National Guard, Major General R. Jurayev received the Minister of Internal Affairs of Turkey S. Soylu within the framework of his visit to Uzbekistan.
The two countries top law enforcement officers discussed the prospects of public safety, personnel training and improvement between the National Guard and the Turkish Police and Gendarmerie.
The parties also agreed to further mutually beneficial cooperation, increase the number of joint practical training and courses, and expand contacts between educational institutions.
