The commandant of the state of emergency in Karakalpakstan, Major General Rustam Jorayev, said that death tolls had risen to 18.
According to Joraev, 14 suffered various degrees of injuries, and 13 of them were under the influence of alcohol and drugs.
Additionally, 4 law enforcement officials lost their lives while were they on duty.
