EXEED, in collaboration with Uzbek journalists and bloggers, has orchestrated a captivating media tour to China, has reported Daryo correspondent. The tour commenced with a visit to the highly advanced Super Intelligent Factory located in Sindao.
This facility is where four EXEED car models, namely LX, VX, TXL, and RX, are manufactured, with forthcoming introductions of new electric and hybrid vehicles. The factory boasts an impressive annual production capacity of 50,000 cars, with ambitious plans to scale it up to 200,000 annually in the near future, as revealed by Guo Yan Lan, the Director of EXEED Uzbekistan.
What sets the Super Intelligent Factory apart is its pioneering utilization of artificial intelligence and automation. The production line, featuring 350 robots, autonomously manages 90% of the car manufacturing process. Notably, the factory assembles one car every 90 seconds, thanks to state-of-the-art technology.
A pivotal component of eco-friendly and energy-efficient production, the paint shop implements a "zero carbon" initiative. Solar panels on the facility's roof generate an impressive 14 million kWh of electricity annually, offsetting 34.7% of the plant's energy consumption.
During the media tour, participants were introduced to the intricate stamping, welding, and assembly processes. They also had the privilege of witnessing test drives of ready-made vehicles.
Uzbek entrepreneur Ulugbek Madumarov, the proud owner of two EXEED cars, shared his insightful experience during the tour. He emphasized the remarkable features and competitive pricing that guided his purchasing decision.
EXEED has earned international recognition, exporting its cars to more than 80 countries and regions worldwide, encompassing Europe, the Middle East, Central Asia, and North America.
EXEED made its official entry into the Uzbek market four months ago, with their LX, VX, TXL models currently available for purchase. Furthermore, plans are underway to launch ten additional sales centers in Uzbekistan by year-end. Excitingly, the introduction of the new EXEED RX model to the Uzbek market is projected for 2024.
