Baku is gearing up to host the second pivotal assembly of ministers hailing from the member nations of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS). This gathering, with its primary focus on strategizing the mitigation and resolution of repercussions stemming from natural disasters and emergency situations, has been formally announced by the OTS press service.
The event is meticulously planned to span from September 6 to September 8, and it is anticipated to provide a vital platform for member countries to share insights, best practices, and collaborative initiatives in dealing with various challenges triggered by unforeseen natural occurrences.
Furthermore, the city of Baku is set to play host to yet another significant meeting, namely the assembly of Ministers of Youth and Sports representing the OTS countries. Slated to transpire from November 7 to 10, this gathering underscores the diverse areas of engagement within the OTS framework.
This forthcoming meeting holds the potential to foster greater cooperation and coordination among member nations, thereby promoting mutual understanding and collaboration in the realm of youth and sports development. The previous meeting of the OTS was on November 11, 2022, in Samarkand, Uzbekistan.
