"RBK" reports, citing Ukraine's Defense Minister Alexei Reznikov, that Russian troops near Bakhmut are experiencing significant casualties, with one battalion being lost daily. Reznikov stated that the estimated total number of Russian fighters killed and wounded in the Bakhmut area is 70,000.
Reznikov emphasized that the Ukrainian military is successfully diminishing the offensive capabilities of the Russian forces and preventing them from launching attacks on other parts of the front line.
Regarding the overall losses since the start of the war, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine concluded that Russia has suffered approximately 220,420 casualties, including killed and wounded, with 660 recorded in the last 24 hours. The invaders are also facing substantial losses in military equipment. Information regarding the losses of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has not been disclosed.
