Austrian business circles express growing interest in working in Uzbekistan, the country’s Federal Deputy Minister for Labor and Economy Florian Frauscher said in a meeting with Uzbekistan’s Ambassador Abat Fayzullayev, Dunyo reports.
In particular, he hailed the outcomes of the ‘Austria Connect Central Asia’ conference held in Tashkent under the slogan "Uzbekistan is a rising star: new opportunities along the Great Silk Road’ in June 2022.
The two sides agreed to co-conduct the 8th meeting of the Uzbekistan – Austria Intergovernmental Commission (IGC) on Trade and Economic Cooperation in Vienna in the second half of this year.
