A 23-year-old bride living in the Jalakuduq district of Andijan province poured gasoline on herself and set herself on fire in the Adirlik area, Daryo reports.
Daryo's correspondent contacted the information service of the General Prosecutor's Office in order to clarify the situation.
A forensic examination was appointed to determine the cause of the assassination, and the decision was sent for execution. The district’s prosecutor's office is conducting an investigation into this situation.
It was added that those who witnessed the situation took the deceased to the district emergency department in order to provide her medical aid. The woman did not survive the 100% body burns and died on March 7 in the intensive care unit of the hospital.
In connection with the situation, a criminal case was initiated under Article 103 of the Criminal Code (suicide).
