Uzbek MPs are expected to make a decision on holding a referendum at the Plenary Session of the Legislative Chamber on March 9, says Deputy Speaker Odiljon Tojiyev.
"Today, a decision is expected to be made on holding a referendum of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the draft Constitutional Law. Deputies will voice their questions and concerns and the responsible committee will answer them right here. The meeting will be held at Legislative Chamber at 3 pm local time," he writes on his Telegram channel.
The session will be broadcasted live on "Uzbekistan 24", "Uzbekistan", and "UzReport" TV channels, the official website of the Legislative Chamber, and its YouTube page.
