Saidabror Umarov, the head of the information service of the "Vaqf" charity fund, reported on the work carried out in 2022 at the regular briefing.
According to the speaker, the donor gave out:
- 87,217,520 soums for financing the activities of religious educational institutions and research centers;
- 1,294,110,000 soums for material and social support of teachers and students of religious educational institutions;
- 436,960,000 soums for the construction of mosques;
- 451,656,250 soums for financil support of employees of mosques;
- 2,783,275,801 soums for people in need;
- 285,962,000 soums for financial support of disabled persons;
- 4,346,902,000 soums for financial support of the population in need of social protection;
- 1,446,938,600 soums for various charity events;
- 131,257,000 soums for financial support for the administrative costs of regional representative offices;
- 299,378,530 soums for the production of clean drinking water for the population;
- 10,800,000 soums for financial support of the students of the "Quran Karim and Tajweed" course.
