The khokim of the Namangan region, Shavkat Abdurazzokov held an online dialogue with labour migrants working abroad who noted there were over 85 000 compatriots toiling abroad. "Daryo" correspondent reports.
The official underpinned that by the end of 2022, they sent nearly 1 billion, and the main part of the remittances was from Russia, Kazakhstan, South Korea and Turkey.

Family members of labour migrants also took part in the dialogue. They were given a gas stove, a sewing machine and one-time aid money.
