Rents in Uzbekistan are still hitting new highs, as just in October 2022, rental fees in the republic rose 16.1% on average in one month compared to September.
According to Uzbekistan's State Statistics, rental costs have surged by an average of 20.9% since the beginning of 2022. In this regard, the annual growth rate reached 24.2%.
In October, the highest growth of 51.6% was observed in Uzbekistan's capital Tashkent due to the increasing demand, while the Khorezm region saw the lowest price surge of 1% last month.
