An individual trying to get a U.S. visa for $30,000 was caught in the Urta Chirchik district of the Tashkent region.
Citizen J.O. gained A.S.'s trust and said that through his acquaintances who work at the U.S. embassy, he would prepare the necessary visa documents enabling him to enter a foreign country in exchange for $30,000s.
When receiving the 10,000 dollars in advance, he was caught with physical evidence in a quick event held by the Ukur Chirchik district department.
As a result, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 168 (fraud) and Article 28, 211 (bribery) of the Criminal Code, and investigations are underway.
