The State Asset Management Agency of Uzbekistan (SAMA) announced the sale of “Yagona umumrespublika protsessing markazi”s (Uzcard) state's share.
On August 20, SAMA made a decision to sell 75 % of the state's share in Uzcard by attracting an independent evaluation organization.
Real Excellent Valuation assessed the value of Uzcard by offering to buy the state's share.
Sales contracts were signed for the sale of Uzcard to 4 participants at an estimated value of 25 % for a total of 210.1 billion soums.
The funds received in the privatization fund of SAMA in September of this year were distributed in accordance with the law.
